At MoneyMob Talkabout, we are a not-for-profit organisation providing a range of community services and programs in the APY Lands in northern South Australia and Alice Springs. We have remote offices in Ernabella (Pukatja) and Mimili communities and provide outreach services to other Anangu communities.
Due to growth in the organisation, we seek a friendly and motivated Reception Administration Officer to join our inclusive and supportive team in Alice Springs, NT, on a part-time basis of 60 hours per f/n.
What you'll receive

What you'll be doing
With MoneyMob Talkabout, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. It is vital to convey that MoneyMob is a welcoming, culturally safe and trauma-informed organisation. Your essential duties will also include, but not be limited to:
- Support the entire organisation by delivering high-quality and efficient administrative and logistics support
- Support the whole organisation by assisting with the delivery of WHS and other safety measures
- Meet clients and visitors at reception with genuine warmth and understanding
- Provide finance administration support of accounts receivable and payable, assist with end of month processes
- Regularly check and maintain stock levels of office stationary, cleaning and staff amenity supplies

What you'll need
In this highly organised role, you will need to be somebody with a strong sense of confidence in their administration abilities and the desire to be part of a collaborative team that upholds all values of MoneyMob Talkabout.
You must have proven experience in business or finance administration activities and procedures to be considered for this role. You will also hold or be willing to obtain a working with children and vulnerable persons check, as well as completing a National Police Check, and have or be ready to get a third Covid-19 vaccination.
